Priority Support
Rapid response time. I will either fix your issue or answer your question a Loom video or both. If you need time with me, you’ll have access to a secret calendar with expanded hours for support. Let me do something in 10 minutes that would take you 3 hours.

How do we get started?Each plan starts with a 1 hour kick-off call to map out your goals. We’ll decide on the best course of action so you maximize the value and impact of your plan. Are there set-up or cancellation fees?Nope!

How do I submit a request?Pretty easily: Requests can be submitted via email or directly from within the Client Portal via an online form. Comments and updates can be made by replying to request notification emails or by accessing the ticket directly in the client portal.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my maintenance plan later?Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, just let me know via email and we can set it up for the next month.

What happens if I don’t use all my allocated hours in a month?For Advanced and Premium plans, your time will not rollover. I will give you a heads up prior to the month's end if you have hours left to use.

How fast will you handle requests?I do my best to respond as quickly as possible. I commit to responding within 12 to 48 hours. If you have an urgent request, please mark it as such in the subject of your email request.

Do you help with IT issues?Only as they relate directly to your Wix website and account. Troubleshooting issues with external tools like email providers (ex. MailChimp), or other external tools and services is not my area of expertise. You will be best served by a tech VA for those types of issues.

Do you offer SEO services?Yes, I offer optional SEO add-ons with my maintenance plans to help improve your website’s visibility and traffic. However, you do not need a maintenance plan to take advantage of my SEO services. Check out my SEO page for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?If you wish to cancel your maintenance plan, please provide written notice at least 48 hours before the next month begins. We will finish out the current month, and the following month will be cancelled. Unused services will not be refunded.
